Never visit austria with your car. There is racketeering police gangs in the road . You can easily be swept 1000€ or more . Comparing the two cities, I think the biggest difference is that both cities feels like there is a different culture, which is expected as they are both from different continents. They both offer a great sporting culture and they both have food from many countries around the world (feel though that Toronto might be more diverse than London). They are also both the financial centre and biggest city in their respective countries.
